What services do you offer?

Core Fitness is a small gym specializing in personal training, bootcamps, youth sports training and nutrition services. We also offer spray tans and nail services

How many sessions do you recommend I attend each week?

On average, our personal training clients book 2-3 sessions per week, and our bootcamp clients attend 1-3 classes per week. Some personal training clients also choose to supplement their fitness routine by attending 1-2 bootcamps throughout the week.

I missed a personal training session. Can I make it up?

We will work with personal training clients to reschedule a missed session within the same calendar month.

Are reservations required for bootcamps?

No. Our bootcamps are designed to be flexible. Simply show up for any scheduled class.

Can I use the gym to workout independently?

Sorry, no. In order to maintain the level of personalization and privacy that our clients know and love, we do not allow independent use of our gym by clients or walk-ins. 

 

Do you have a changing area?

Our private restroom is available to all clients who need to change or freshen up before or after their workout.

Pricing & Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

When are payments due?

Personal training and bootcamp clients are pre-billed monthly. Your monthly fees are due on the first of each month and are based upon the number of sessions you plan to attend.

 

Do I need to commit to an annual membership?

No! At Core Fitness we understand that circumstances may change, and committing to a long-term contract is not something that most people prefer. Our personal training and bootcamp clients are billed at the beginning of each month and can cancel at any time prior to the next month’s payment date. Please note that no refunds will be issued should you choose to cancel mid-month.
