Pricing

Personal training sessions can be booked Monday through Friday, day or evening.

Individual Personal Training:

​

  • 30 Minute Session: $35

  • 60 Minute Session: $70

​

 

Bring a Friend and Save!

If you'd like to train with a friend, family member or partner, we offer shared training sessions. Shared training sessions are limited to two clients at a time and pricing is as follows:

  • 30 Minute Session: $40

  • 60 Minute Session: $80

At Core Fitness, our certified personal trainers are experienced in creating customized, results-driven programs tailored to each client's individual needs, abilities and desired outcomes. 

​

Each personal training session includes a full-body workout consisting of weight training paired with elements of cardio. Plus, all personal training clients receive access to our private, members-only Facebook group to help you stay connected and accountable throughout the week.
