Your first nutrition counseling session includes:

  • Health history evaluation and review of your current weight, measurements and body fat
     

  • 28-Day plant-based, whole foods meal plan customized to your likes, dislikes, allergies and sensitivities
     

  • A 90%/10% approach that allows you to incorporate additional food/drinks in moderation
     

  • Recipes and grocery shopping list
     

  • Food journal and goal worksheets

     

Pricing:

  • Initial Session: $125 

  • Follow-up Session: $75
